Lisa, I am thankful that I have found you. I just subscribed to your YouTube Channel after seeing your video on Dr. Mercola. I have watched a number your videos and I am so impressed with your enthusiasm and zest for life and especially with helping others live a better life. I just turned 69 this year and I hate to say I had been sitting too much watching too much golf on TV. I know something was wrong because my body started to hurt especially the leg (calf and hamstring) muscles and associated butt and lower back pain. Thank you for sending the Remedy Your Back Pain free video. I have watched it and done the dynamic stretching exercises and have already noticed a difference. I have been doing stretching exercises that I learned from past physical therapy sessions but they did not help with my pain. I really like your dynamic concept because it does so much more than the stretches that I had been doing. I will continue to watch your videos and increase my exercise regimen accordingly. I want to say I am so impressed with the strength that you display. It shows that me that you really believe in what you are doing. Please keep on doing what you are doing. Thank you again. Bill M
