“#LiftForThe22 is a Non-profit foundation designed to bring a SOLUTION to the veteran suicide epidemic. 22 veterans commit suicide a day, a staggering number that needs to be addressed immediately. We are reintegrating veterans back into the brotherhood and sisterhood of the military under the roof of a gym in their hometown.
Through our network veterans will have 5 types of support. Emotional Support, Fitness Support, Professional Development Support, Community support, and Friendship Based Support. We will bring purpose to veterans lives after serving their country through an #LFT22 support network designed to promote the health and fitness of todays veteran community. 22 push-ups for 22 days!
