10 movements:  5-10 reps each

Why? Generate blood flow: irrigating the cells with life-bringing fluids.

  1. Nourish
  2. Oxygenate
  3. Hydrate
  4. Lubricate
  5. Heat
  6. Break up the fuzz (cobwebs)

When?

  1. Wake up into the Day
  2. Prep for Competition, Practice, or Workout (Weights, Hike, Bike, Run etc.)
  3. Mid-day or at day’s end to De-Stress

A Boy and His Dog

Chunky Chicken Salad

Chunky Chicken Salad (you’ll want to eat with a spoon!)

  • Contains all four food components.
  • Easy to make!
  • Great for picnic lunches or packing food for travel.

Ingredients:

  •  Chicken
    • Boil Chicken breasts (approx 4 breasts) or Crock Pot Whole Chicken
    • Skin, Bone, and Cube Chicken
  • Celery, Zucchini, Cucumber –1 cup eachFrozen peas, Frozen corn – 1 cup each
    • Dice
  • Add 2/3 cup of Mayonnaise (Hollywood or Trader Joe’s Brand)
  • Add ¼ cup Honey Mustard
  • Spice with fresh Dill and Garlic powder to taste
    • Mix thoroughly

(Yields about 6 cups.  1 cup = 1 serving, approx 400 calories) Continue reading
